JLL is looking for senior developer with strong Microsoft C#, VB.Net, SQL Server technical skills and Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain knowledge to enhance and modernize our existing system user engine application. It is a home-grown application that performs a variety of identity lifecycle management activities including integration with Workday, ServiceNow, Office 365, on-prem AD, Azure AD and other core enterprise systems. In this role, the person will be responsible for application development and support on a day-to-day basis, maintain, monitor application performance, and apply patches to all application tiers. Candidates must be easy to work with and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Should understand identity management and active directory. The candidate should enjoy solving mission critical application issues using cutting-edge technology. Bright seasoned individual with a “get it done” mentality. Has deep understanding and passion about technology and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the existing application team to turn requirements into cost-effective and solutions by applying knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management.
• Work with various stakeholders to make enhancements and modernize the existing application. Take part in system development including analysis, design, coding, and testing.
• Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement 3rd party solutions in JLL environment.
• Work closely with other teams/vendors to connect front-end components with the other (often third party) web and data services and support the back-end developers by integrating their work with the application. 
• Develops technical understanding of how the data flows from various source systems and source types to application database. 
• Provide on-going support to application used within the organization.

Experience & Education

• 7 to 12 years IT experience
• Bachelor’s is degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Advance degree preferred.
• Self-motivated, self-starter and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects.
•  Exceptional debugging skills and strong experience with performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development activities and manage stakeholders’ expectations globally across multiple project initiatives. 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Excellent technical, analytical, project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent range of hands-on technical experience

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Mandatory:

• Software development using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASPX, VB.NET, windows services.
• Experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) process and implementations
• Experience in integration with Microsoft exchange, AD, WorkDay, O365, ServiceNow
• Experience in User access management like access provisioning and deprovisioning
• SQL Server, IIS, Azure cloud hosting patterns
• Web Service Architectures - Web Services, .NET Web API, Rest API
• CI/CD experience - GitHub Actions, Octopus, and other Azure CI/CD tools.

Preferable:

• Experience in real estate or leasing domain
• JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with Development of re-useable frameworks, libraries to be used by multiple development teams
• Familiarity with cloud native application architecture patterns
• Architecting Applications in Microsoft Azure
• API Design concepts and Development of RESTful web services
• Experience using DevOps Tools for CI/CD
• Experience with Tools and Best Practices for Secure Application Development
• Experience in Azure APIM
