Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced software engineer with an emphasis on world class front end skills to help build our AI SaaS platform’s user experience. As a key member of our early engineering team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the overall user experience for our cutting-edge healthcare AI startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the user experience of our AI SaaS platform and integrate it into the rest of our infrastructure
- Write clean, maintainable code using modern front-end and facade tech stacks
- Optimize the platform experience for speed and scalability
- Rapidly iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full time, relevant industry experience
- Experience with at least one of the modern front-end frameworks (especially NextJS / React / Vite) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind)
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
- Ability to build and maintain facade layers of our technical stack and flex to provide hands on support in integrating front end implementations through upstream services
- Ability to rapidly translate designs into functional code
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills:
- Proven experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)
- Knowledge of modern front-end build tools, processes and pipelines (Webpack, NPM, Github actions)
- Hands on experience building highly scalable NodeJS-based facades for more complex microservices
- Familiarity with Agile development
- Previous experience on production scale SaaS platforms or AI projects

Pay & Benefits: The pay range for this role is between $180,000 and $220,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
