Responsibility:
Technical Leadership: Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Team Guidance: Mentor junior developers Internal and external, conduct code reviews, provide technical direction, and unblock team members. Improve processes and ways of working.
Solution design: Create robust design for Salesforce customizations and integrations with other systems.
Development: Build features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Data Management: Oversee data migration, governance, and management within Salesforce.
Quality: Unit tests and unit plans are supervised, optimized, ensuring quality, security and consistency. Complex malfunctions, incidents and bugs are managed, understood, analyzed, reported and solved.
Deployment: He/she leads change management, communication and training. He/she may train users, deployers and support teams. He/she builds an automate and optimized deployment.He/she supports the solution (especially in product mode)
Process Improvement: Implement CI/CD, testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, APIs, data model, security, administration and contract lifecycle management.
Software Engineering: Strong OOP, design patterns, SDLC, and development best practices.
Integration: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, potentially Java or Python.
Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams and projects.
Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer 1, App Builder , Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science (CS) or IT
