Lead Software Engineer, ML Backend

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy high-performance, secure, and reliable ML services adhering to industry-leading standards.
• Partner closely with the ML team to streamline and optimize the transition from experimentation to production for cutting-edge ML models and AI solutions.
• Deeply understand customer needs and industry trends in AI safety and compliance, collaborating with leadership and product managers to shape and execute technical strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in delivering and maintaining large-scale services, ensuring high reliability and performance in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of best engineering practices and a strong track record of designing and building scalable, distributed systems.
