Lead Software Engineer - Frontend Developer

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong front-end expertise to develop and enhance user-facing applications. You will apply your technical knowledge to deliver reliable and scalable solutions, contribute to team decisions, and continuously improve how we build and operate our systems. This role plays an important part in increasing delivery speed, system stability, and shared team knowledge.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code

• Work with backend engineers to integrate application interfaces (APIs)

• Take ownership of features and ensure quality, performance, and reliability

• Contribute to team design discussions and technical decisions

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to support stable application performance

• Apply secure development and testing practices to reduce risks

• Support improvements in automation, monitoring, and deployment processes

• Share knowledge and support teammates through collaboration and peer learning

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

Essential skills and experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software development especially front-end technologies

• Strong experience with:

  • Angular (recent versions)

  • TypeScript and JavaScript

  • Node.js

  • RESTful API and API Integration

• Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces

• Experience working with APIs and backend integration

• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB

• Experience using tools such as Git, build pipelines, and Jira

• Ability to debug, solve problems, and take ownership of features

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desirable skills (nice to have):

• Experience with Full Stack, React and RxJS

• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS

• Understanding of modern deployment practices (for example, container-based solutions)
