As a Lead Salesforce Engineer at Entain, you’ll take the lead on a mission-critical Service Cloud ecosystem, designing high-performance solutions, shaping architecture, and pushing the boundaries of what a great customer experience looks like.
You’ll operate in a fast-moving, deeply integrated environment, building systems that are always on, always evolving, and directly impacting how customers engage with our brands.

A Day in the Life
- No two days look the same, but here’s a snapshot of what you can expect.
- You might start the morning reviewing platform performance and overnight activity, quickly jumping into a complex integration issue, working across AWS services and internal systems to keep everything running seamlessly.
- From there, you’re in a design session with stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions making calls on architecture, automation, and how to best leverage Service Cloud capabilities.
- Midday could see you deep in code, building or refining Lightning Web Components, optimising Apex, or reviewing pull requests to ensure quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- In the afternoon, you’re mentoring your team, unblocking challenges, providing hands-on guidance, and elevating engineering capability across the board. You might also jump into a release discussion or CI/CD pipeline review, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
- Throughout the day, you’re the go-to technical authority balancing delivery, leadership, and innovation while continuously improving a platform that operates at scale.
