The Sales Operations Team plays a critical role in enabling Priceline’s commercial strategy by ensuring pricing operations, and processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned to business goals. As a Lead, Sales Operations, the key objective of the role will be to support and help achieve the objectives of the Priceline Accommodation Team. This role is critical in driving day-to-day operational excellence while guiding initiatives that support internal operations performance, escalation management, and cross-functional alignment.
This role partners closely with Pricing, Supply, and Analytics stakeholders to execute and optimize sales and pricing operations that directly impact partner and customer experience. The Lead, Sales Operations takes ownership of key initiatives such as pricing governance, escalation monitoring, and support coordination. As a team leader at Priceline, you will influence outcomes through a combination of hands-on execution, project leadership, and stakeholder partnership. You will help shape how sales and pricing operations scale, mentor teammates through best practices, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and data-driven decision-making.

Own data validation and reconciliation processes for pricing inputs and outputs, ensuring high quality and auditability

3–5 years of professional experience in support operations, customer service, or a related analytical role

Experience partnering cross-functionally with internal teams

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with automation tools and methodologies (highly preferred)
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence (preferred)
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and programming languages such as Python (beneficial)
