Your Impact Zone
- Hands on Senior React Developer with over 8 years of experience in front-end development.
- Work closely with business teams to deliver seamless and responsive user interfaces.
- Provide work estimates and participate in sprint planning.
- Design and develop dynamic, interactive user interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
- Ensure code quality and performance by utilizing best practices in front-end development, including testing, code reviews, and optimizing performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.
- Design and implement new features, and improve existing functionality to meet business requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, from analysis through deployment and ongoing support.
Your expertise
- At least 8-years of experience with JavaScript.
- Very good understanding of common design patterns, GoF design patterns.
- Experience with React framework.
- Good command of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS, LESS, etc.)
- Very good written and spoken English communication skills (Communicate with international clients and colleagues).
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Proven experience in leading development teams or mentoring other engineers.
- Experience with public speaking (conferences, meetups) or writing technical thought leadership pieces (blog posts, whitepapers).
- Strong oral and written skills in English, comfortable speaking with senior level executives.
Considered an advantage
- Hands-on experience with other JS UI frameworks.
- Experience with NodeJS.
- Experience optimizing JS code.
- UX basic principle knowledge.
- Financial Services knowledge (specifically Capital Markets and Securities Trading).
Compensation
Starting from a gross EUR 4500 - 6000.
