Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and technicians
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and efficiency
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive improvements
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering
Qualifications

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, fostering a culture of quality and excellence across the organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data-driven quality initiatives.
