As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be hands-on in designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality across our products.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, log, and track defects with precision, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with development teams.
- Partner with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for regression and performance testing.
- Ensure timely execution of tests and clear reporting of results.
- Advocate for quality best practices across the engineering organization, influencing processes, tools, and culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
- Good Understanding of test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Solid understanding of STLC.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems and an aptitude for critical thinking and detail-oriented work.
- Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset.
