Lead Fullstack Developer (Python/Angular)

Gorilla Logic is looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer with exceptional skills in both backend and frontend development to work as a member of an Agile team responsible for building and maintaining our client's web and/or mobile applications. The role requires strong expertise in Python and Angular to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Success in this role is measured by your ability to couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.

Responsibilities

*Lead an Agile team to build, maintain, and optimize client applications.

*Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and deliverables.

*Collaborate with DevOps and QA to ensure a quality-focused CI/CD pipeline.

*Conduct code reviews, testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

*Work in an Agile environment to define, estimate, and deliver user stories.

*Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

*Utilize strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Technical Requirements

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

*8+ years of development experience with Python.

*4+ years of experience with Django framework and/or FastAPI.

*5+ years of frontend development experience with Angular (versions 8+).

*Proficiency in modern enterprise patterns like microservices.

*Development experience with PostgreSQL.

*Cloud development experience with AWS.

*Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.

*Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production applications.

*Proven experience leading technical teams.
