Compensation & Benefits- $145,000 - $233,400+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

- 3+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
- Prior clinical supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
- Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
- Complete timely, accurate documentation

Skills Required
- Active, unrestricted NY PMHNP license
- Active, unrestricted NY DEA registration
- 3-5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior clinical supervisory experience
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care via in-person and telehealth
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Active NJ license (preferred)
