In the area of customer service you are the central contact person for all projects
As part of project preparation, you will prepare evaluations, status reports and determine key figures for your projects, such as a cost-benefit analysis for the concretization of a business case, and provide the necessary management products for decision-makers
- You participate in the definition of goals, team composition and task distribution within the team
- You coordinate with executives on resource issues to ensure risks are limited, opportunities are seized, and project goals are met qualitatively, on time, and on budget
- You define project milestones, monitor project progress, and prepare project status reports
- You control the project activities, coordinate, lead and motivate the project team, also in conflict situations
- You will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and clients as well as representing the project externally
- You will be responsible for project completion, post-calculation and project documentation
- With your experience you efficiently develop our processes and thus contribute to the improvement of customer service
- Project management itself does not stop at change. You recognize new opportunities and implement them in a targeted manner
