Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions. This individual will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing Pega CDH projects to drive business outcomes and customer engagement strategies. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Pega-based implementations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional (on, near and offshore) teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH implementation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. (Proven experience leading Pega CDH implementation projects is a mandatory requirement)

• Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners. 

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation frameworks and other documentation required to achieve project success. 

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors. 

• Drive project governance and ensure adherence to industry standards, organizational guidelines, and Pega implementation best practices. 

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. 

• Ensure successful integration of Pega CDH solutions with existing systems and business processes. 

• Facilitate routine scrum ceremonies and stakeholder communication. 

• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team. 

• Promote CDH solution and delivery best practices within and across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years managing Pega implementations (Pega CDH experience required). 

• Strong understanding of Pega CDH architecture, features, and capabilities, including Omni Channel Personalization, AI, Analytics, Next-Best-Actions and Real-Time Decisioning. 

• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-functional teams in complex environments. 

• Experience with Agile & Scrum delivery methodologies. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions. 

• Proficiency in project management tools such as, Jira, or similar platforms. 

• PMP Certification preferred. 

• Ability to travel domestically, as needed.
