- Monitor network and server performance, conduct capacity planning, and ensure service availability.
- Troubleshoot network, virtualization, and security-related issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support and enhancements.
- Prepare the EBOQ with part codes within the commitment date.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in ICT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, Routing & Switching, and network Security.
- Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- Experience with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.).
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for project delivery and support.
