About the Role:
ENFOS is seeking an Engineering oriented Lead Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap and execution of core capabilities within our Environmental Obligation Subledger Accounting Platform, translating customer feedback, market insights, and company strategy into product delivery. This role sits at the intersection of our customers, founders, and engineering, design, and domain experts, collaborating closely with customer-facing teams and product leadership to deliver solutions that drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and enterprise value. As Lead PM, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to turn strategy & deep market insights into execution, align priorities with customer needs, and deliver high-impact capabilities. From financial planning workflows and audit controls to onboarding and system integrations, your work will position ENFOS as a trusted, flexible, and indispensable platform for finance, remediation, and legal teams.
Expectations:

- Own product metrics focused on adoption, retention, and revenue expansion (not just velocity)
- Translate cross functional customer requirements (finance, legal, remediation) into scalable, user-centered solutions and detailed specifications
- Partner with engineering and design to guide planning, architecture, and delivery
- Lead product discovery across finance, compliance, and remediation stakeholders
- Prioritize initiatives by balancing usability, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility
- Champion auditability, compliance alignment (ASC 410 / IAS 37), and data integrity in every release
- Contribute to ENFOS’s product culture and best practices
- Represent your product area to leadership and customers, clearly communicating progress and outcomes
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing market research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with S&M teams on product positioning, launches, and customer training to support adoption
- Maintain clear product documentation and ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and internal process standards
- Leverage product analytics and reporting to provide insights that support strategic planning and leadership decisions
