The Role
As the product leader for our core app, you'll work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build a cutting-edge digital health platform. We are seeking a product manager who is comfortable with ambiguity, a strong communicator, and passionate about health technology.
What You'll DoLead the development of our core app and AI coach, guiding the entire development cycle from concept to launch
Use a hypothesis-driven approach to define and refine key features, leveraging market analysis, user testing, and data to create products that deliver real value
Own a portion of the product roadmap, translating user insights and business goals into clearly shaped initiatives, user stories, product requirements and launch plans
Define and track success by setting and monitoring key results (OKRs), and communicating those results to stakeholders and leadership
Proven experience launching and scaling conversational AI experiences
Experience in B2B2C health, wellness, or fitness space
Familiarity with modern product development methodologies within a distributed team environment
Working knowledge of technologies like React and design tools like Figma to effectively collaborate with engineering and design teams
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools like Mixpanel, Snowflake, and Looker
5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile apps
