About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading product strategy and execution for complex projects while acting as a trusted partner to clients. You’ll work to create alignment between business goals and product visions, ensuring best-in-class delivery and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on business and product strategy.
- Develop and refine product visions and roadmaps, aligning with client business objectives.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to elicit requirements, prioritize initiatives, and promote collaboration.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights, crafting strategic recommendations.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Design, and Delivery, ensuring alignment and progress toward objectives.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and project plans, ensuring high-quality delivery on large-scale initiatives.
- Foster high-performing, inclusive team dynamics and promote best practices across programs.
- Contribute to talent discovery through hiring assessments and coaching other product managers.
- Support client stakeholders in developing compelling business cases to secure funding.
- Optimize execution processes to improve team performance and delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of professional experience with digital product development and complex technology projects.
- Proven track record managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle with complex requirements, diverse stakeholders, and interdependent teams.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development (including coding fundamentals), and APIs.
- Exceptional consulting and communication skills, including the ability to influence varied audiences.
- Extensive experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Proficient with collaborative design tools like Figma or Miro for creating or editing wireframes.
- Skilled at leading discovery and requirements workshops.
- Goal-oriented and highly organized, capable of thriving in both independent and team settings.
- Strong english skills (B2+)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Previous consulting experience.
- Relevant Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner).
- Experience mentoring and coaching product managers.
- Expertise in specific industries, platforms, or enterprise-level products.
