You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations, in an environment that values both innovation and teamwork.

Get to Know the Role

As a Lead Product Manager for Transaction Reliability, you'll drive scalable platform solutions that strengthen trust and reliability across Grab's merchant ecosystem. This regional role (covering all Grab markets) is based onsite in Grab HCMC office, Vietnam and reports to the Head of Product, Transaction Platform.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Define and drive the product strategy for the Transaction Reliability Platform to reduce cancellations, missing/wrong items, and quality issues across the order lifecycle.
• Build scalable tools and systems that empower MEX, DAX, and PAX with real-time insights, automation, and accountability to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations to drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data to inform decisions, evaluate product performance, and impact to leadership.
• Set and manage success metrics that align with organizational goals and reflect platform reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Partner with multiple product teams to develop scalable solutions that address shared challenges across products and markets.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product management, with exposure to platform or transaction-focused domains.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in reliability and operational outcomes.
• Strong Communication: Experienced in simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences across the organization.
• Execution Excellence: Track record of leading complex projects end-to-end and delivering impactful outcomes.
• Collaborative Approach: Adept at aligning cross-functional stakeholders and driving toward shared objectives.
