Join a team of motivated professionals at SSENSE, where your work will directly impact our global growth. As the Lead Product Manager for SAP, you'll be the in-house expert responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our SAP P2P and O2C domains. This is more than a management role, it's a hands-on opportunity to lead a team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and implement cutting-edge SAP solutions in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll have the autonomy to define roadmaps and drive continuous improvement, directly contributing to our company's success.
What you will do:
Define and champion the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the SAP Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash domains.
Lead a team of SAP professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and project oversight.
Analyze, design, and configure complex SAP processes, ensuring they align with the unique needs of a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Stay current with the latest SAP technologies, including SAP BTP and AI capabilities, to continuously enhance our systems and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive SAP experience, with at least a couple of full lifecycle implementations.
In-depth, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail and its underlying P2P and O2C and their underlying modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI-AP, FI-AR, LE-SHP). .
Proven experience in product roadmapping, defining MVPs, and leading initiatives beyond just support.
