Get to Know the Role 

Reporting to the Head of Product, Identity, you’ll lead the end-to-end product strategy and development of identity solutions for our Partners (eg, drivers, merchants, and enterprises).

You'll collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build secure, smooth user experiences, using data insights to improve performance. We are looking for expertise in identity management, authentication, and fraud prevention — especially on large-scale platforms.

This role is based in Petaling Jaya and onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, development, and execution of a unified identity solution across all the personas (eg, end-users, drivers, merchants, and enterprises).
• Define and drive the roadmap in your Problem Space and align it with company objectives while balancing user experience and business goals.
• Develop and maintain the core platform roadmap for our unified Identity & Access Management.
• Collaborate with technical & business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized product backlog, and lead governance forums on key initiatives
• Define and communicate platform requirements around use-case based data storage and security needs by thinking creatively and rigorously about problem-solving
• Own the definition and follow-up of success metrics in your problem space and measure the impact of your work

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Pre Sales or Solution Architect with at least 4 years focused on identity, authentication, access management and data security.
• Experience leading IAM and Data Security related features preferably in large-scale B2B or B2C platforms (eg, in Telco, E-commerce, Fin-tech etc)
• Experience with authentication protocols, identity verification techniques, access management and data security strategies.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks related to Personal Data and  identity and access management.
