WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In Global Football, we like to say, “There is no Football without the Ball.” It is integral to the game if not the most important element. As a part of the Global Accessories product creation team, you’ll be responsible for commercializing the product portfolio that connects into Global Football (soccer) inclusive of balls, shin guards, goalkeeper gloves, bags, socks, and headwear. This role involves leading and owning all aspects of the product creation process, ensuring profitability while delivering innovative solutions to meet athlete* needs. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the offense. They will collaborate with merchandising, design, development, and sourcing from line planning through final product approval. They will research products, athletes*, and the marketplace, manage product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools, and effectively collaborate across functional partners. The candidate will deliver on key dates and hold themselves accountable to be a great teammate.

  • Be the voice of our athlete*, keeping a pulse on their needs and relevant trends with an emphasis on Global Football (soccer) through the lens of Accessories.
  • Create impactful presentations to hand over our line to Merchandising at both the Global and Geo levels, as well as to key accounts and sales teams.
  • Help complete the uniform of the athlete* while also being responsible for growing the business.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires drive, passion, creativity, and curiosity.
  • Solve athlete* problems while helping shape the strategic conditions for our team to thrive.
