How you'll make an impact:
- Drive Technology Transformation: Play a key role in delivering and designing technology solutions that reshape how our clients operate, while also contributing to the development of innovative digital products and services
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce a variety of design deliverables, including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems
- Lead Workshops & Shape Strategy:Facilitate workshops, craft unique design strategies for products, and make strategic decisions that influence outcomes at the portfolio level
- Apply Research with Precision: Use diverse research methods—such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, and user testing—to generate insights and clearly communicate your findings to clients and team members
- Manage Scope, Risks, and Progress: Proactively monitor project scope, risks, and updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in UX design
- A portfolio showcasing design principles applied to web and/or mobile platforms
- Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, or similar software
- A highly creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into polished, functional, and visually compelling prototypes
- Proven success collaborating across organizational boundaries and working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft and deliver engaging presentations
