Your Role:
In this hands-on role, you will:
- Directly craft and refine design elements, focusing on innovative gamification and AI integration.
- Lead the design process from concept to reality, applying your expertise in a well-established, high-impact environment.
- Engage in proactive user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
- Work closely with our experienced product and engineering teams to bring your design visions to life.
- Ensure an intuitive, delightful and engaging user experience across the Mathspace product suite.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in product design.
- A compelling portfolio in UI, interaction, and visual design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A solid track record in designing for gamification and user engagement
- Experience with animation tools (Bonus points for Rive experience)
- A passion and curiosity for exploring the latest in Generative AI tools
- Strong background in user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for education and insights into the challenges and dynamics of math education.
