We are growing quickly and are thrilled to bring on new team members who are as excited about redefining the world of baby care as we are. We are seeking an experienced data-driven Lead Product Designer to join our Digital Product Team to oversee all design initiatives across the customer shopping experience. Tasks range from concepting and designing small tests and feature enhancements all the way to completely reimagining the way a Coterie customer shops and interacts with us.

Requirements:

You Will:

  • Collaborate with Product leadership and contribute to product strategy and roadmaps to help us achieve our company vision and outcomes
  • Partner with the Product Management team to provide UX leadership and direction on all Digital priorities. This includes participating in the ideation phase all the way through coming up with solutions, producing design deliverables, and enhancing them over time
  • Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time
  • Implement user tests and leverage user feedback and data to continually improve our customer experience
  • Develop prototypes, wireframes, and other design elements that meet the needs of our customers
  • Work cross-functionally with our stakeholders across Growth, Supply Chain, CX, and Brand/Creative to understand needs and priorities, and ensure a balance between business objectives, design aesthetics, and functional requirements
  • Set up foundations and recommendations for what UX/UI Design team at Coterie could look like in the future
  • Uphold the environment, process, and design system that supports consistent UX principles and processes across devices and channels

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a creative professional with a focus on interface design, interaction design, user experience, accessibility standards, and storytelling
  • Experience working in the ecommerce space, specifically with DTC websites and optimizing customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  • A strategic mindset and are excited by “blue sky” projects; but you are also mindful and deliberate when designing experiences, from the overarching user flow to refining details in UI.
  • Are self-motivated and impact-oriented with a bias for action and passion for rolling up your sleeves
  • A track record of designing and shipping successful platform experiences for consumer users
  • The ability to work within a highly complex and collaborative environment
  • Experience growing and leading teams
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups and prototypes
  • Proficiency in prototyping with tools such as InVision and Figma
  • Strong project management skills that allow you to execute from concept through launch and beyond
  • A strong portfolio is required to be considered
  • The ability to maintain a library of design systems and styles across various digital platforms to maintain a consistent and coherent design experience
  • A nimble and flexible mindset -  happy to work with a range of timelines and pivot when things don’t go as planned
