You will work and lead through complex design challenges by translating insights from research, analytics, and customer feedback into clear, impactful solutions and feature sets. You bring a strong point of view and lead by example that helps set a high standard for quality and output.

You will also be responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring they are set up for success and integration within the team.  Your expertise will help us continuously improve our design processes, principles, and tooling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on product vision and ensure feasibility. Together, you’ll transform ideas into actionable solutions, balancing user needs and technical capabilities to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences.
  • Design Strategy: Establish and drive best practices, maintaining consistency and quality across our product lines. You will guide future design states using data, best practices, innovative concepts, and systems thinking, ensuring alignment with business goals. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape strategies that not only enhance user experiences but also drive measurable business outcomes and product success.
  • User Experience Research: Champion user needs through discovery sessions, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops. This role emphasizes deep customer research to ensure our design solutions are informed by real-world feedback and insights, driving experiences that resonate and add value for our customers.

What You Bring...

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions that drive business growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing B2B experiences with a focus on optimizing complex interfaces.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills paired with a strategic mindset, enabling you to tackle design challenges that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
