Lead Process Mining Expert - Tietoevry Tech Services

We are looking for Lead Business Analyst, who have passion to understand customer’s business needs and the benefits that Business process analysis, process mining and automation can bring to our customers. You will drive measurable business value and accelerate adoption. 

Tietoevry’s process excellence & automation team have in depth experience in intelligent business process analysis and intelligent automation delivery with focus on end-to-end business processes and different value chains. Hence, you will be able to work with different business sectors and focus on latest technologies in process mining as well as intelligent automation technology stacks. 

You have worked and delivered projects based on one of the technologies mentioned in requirements below. Data driven environments inspires you to innovate and enhance your analysis knowledge base. You have consultative mindset, and you want to help the customers to analyze, manage and automate end-to-end business processes.  

Requirements 

• Right mix of business and technology understanding with focus on delivering tangible business outcome for customers 

• Taking comprehensive responsibility for the solution with value-driven attitude 

• You have exceptional communication skills to create attractive and relevant presentations for different levels in organization - from executives to subject-matter experts (SMEs)

• Several years’ experience in business process development, process analysis, change management and KPI development. Ideally background with lean methodologies.

• Experience with or good knowledge of data models. You are not afraid to learn and work with data and analytics - especially with SQL 

• Experience with or strong will to learn process mining tools such as Celonis, Microsoft, Uipath, Signavio, QPR, etc. 

• Willing to learn about other systems and solutions used in customer’s landscape to understand its relevance in overall business process excellence, for e.g. SAP, Salesforce 

• Willing to learn about intelligent automation solutions and its relevancy in business process excellence, for e.g. UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure OpenAI 

• Experience in presentation to business stakeholders, ability to lead and drive the iniatives

• Communicating well in local language and English, both written and spoken
