Performs scientific and technological investigation directed toward the acquisition of new knowledge. Research enlarging and systematizing the organizations knowledge base by understanding the limitations of technology and how to apply its capabilities. Develop proof -of-concept prototypes to ensure manufacturability. Must have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Process Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.

  • R&D Prototype Design Engineering 

  • 5.Quality Engineering 

  • Injection Mold Engineering & Design 

  • New Product Development 

  • Lean/Kaizen Methodology 

  • Mold Shop management 

  • Engineering CAD software & 3D modeling 

  • DOE (design of experiment) & statistical analysis
