Position Summary

The Post Quote Analyst is responsible for reviewing, validating, and analyzing quotes after submission to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to identify discrepancies, optimize pricing strategies, and provide actionable insights that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Quote Validation: Review submitted quotes for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and pricing guidelines.

Data Analysis: Analyze quote performance, pricing trends, and margin impact to identify opportunities for improvement.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all quotes comply with contractual terms, discount structures, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver post-quote analysis reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline quote-to-order processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Support: Act as a subject matter expert for post-quote inquiries and provide guidance to Sales teams on best practices.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Experience: 2+ years in sales operations, pricing analysis, or financial analysis.

Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred: Experience with CRM and CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
