Using channels ranging from qualitative to quantitative, and data across all facets of HR, our team connects the science and art of Nike to the hearts and minds of our teams around the world.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for team members to accelerate our People Analytics Scaled Analytics & Insights impact. You’ll be at the center of a broad range of data and information spanning across all areas of HR and you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering reporting, BI and analytical solutions to HR and the enterprise – focused on data and visualization solutions to be delivered. You’ll be central to supporting and powering these solutions.
You’re someone who has a deep passion for igniting business decisions and actions through data, you thrive at the intersection of business and data and can articulate how we can best bring our data to life through varied channels of reporting and syndication (direct access capabilities, dashboards, reports, presentations, and other solutions).
You’ll engage with HR customers who have reporting/analytics questions to provide guidance on which tools or metrics are available to help meet their needs. You will also pull aggregated metrics for HR customers as appropriate for strategy discussions, and design automated reporting solutions and dashboards as appropriate.
The ideal candidate excels in a cross-functional team environment and thrives in a fast-paced organization where there is an opportunity to make a positive impact. In this role, you’ll work across multiple HR Analytics and enterprise functions and can easily translate business opportunities back to data. You can see how we can leverage and extract maximum value from our data assets and translate that into what solutions can meet those needs. You thrive under ambiguous requirements and are skilled in delivering complex reporting and analysis to various stakeholders.
Keys to success include a background in Data Architecture and Advanced Analytics and a strong understanding and curiosity of how HR value is created at a company like Nike. This position requires a positive, enthusiastic team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and you are excited by the challenge of bringing complex data to light. You ask questions, are continually learning as well as finding opportunities to share knowledge with others. Your teams’ success is your success, and you actively seek out opportunities to be a good partner across the organization.
