At Unqork, we value inclusive and innovative thinkers who boldly challenge the status quo. We encourage you to apply!

The Impact U will make:

The HR Business Partner for the Technology Group is a strategic partner responsible for aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. This role will collaborate closely with technology, product, and design leaders to provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR functions, including internal communications, talent management, performance enablement, learning & development initiatives, employee relations, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will leverage their deep HR expertise and coaching skills to cultivate a transparent, high-performing culture that drives continuous learning, growth, and innovation.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering, Product, and Design leaders, providing strategic guidance and translating business goals into people strategy.
  • Lead key people processes for client groups, including performance calibrations, promotion reviews, compensation planning, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach leaders and managers on effective performance management, career development conversations, and building high-performing, resilient teams.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, engagement programs, culture initiatives, learning & development, and policy updates.
  • Translate people data into insight-driven action plans that fuel high-impact initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional internal communications strategies and programs to ensure employees feel inspired, informed, and aligned. Create two-way dialogue channels that surface feedback, strengthen trust, and build alignment.
  • Oversee learning & development programs that meet the needs of the business from needs assessment and design to rollout and ongoing program management.
  • Act as a culture amplifier, reinforcing our Qorks (values) and fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.

What U bring:

  • 7–10 years of experience in a dynamic, people-centric environment as an HRBP, with a strong track record of delivering measurable learning and talent development outcomes.
  • Experience with internal communications.
  • A strategic, empathetic partner—thoughtful in approach, confident in influencing upward or laterally.
  • Hands-on, high-energy doer—comfortable in ambiguity, eager to try new ideas, and quick to act.
  • Familiar with HR systems, internal comms tools, and learning platforms.

Why U will love being here:

  • You get to wear multiple hats—where strategy, communication, and coaching intersect—making a real impact every day.
  • You'll join a one-team culture that celebrates energy, innovation, and openness. We deliver boldly, together.
  • A chance to shape the employee experience from first hello to the ongoing journey—helping people grow, connect, and feel proud to belong.
