StellarTech is looking for a Head (Lead) of Organic Growth to own and scale revenue driven by CRM, ASO, and SMM channels, turning them into major, predictable growth drivers. This role is responsible for securing strong visibility and inclusion across AI-powered search and answer engines. You will also lead brand reputation management in Google search (SERM)
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow revenue contribution from CRM, ASO, SMM channels.
- Increase conversions and overall business impact from organic traffic sources.
- Expand brand visibility and inclusion across AI-powered search engines.
- Lead brand reputation management in search results (SERM), improving authority and trust.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design teams to increase organic traffic and share of voice.
- Build scalable organic growth systems that reduce dependence on paid acquisition.
- Manage and develop the in-house organic team and external contractors.
- Align organic growth strategy with Apple Search Ads to protect brand presence and maximize overall search coverage.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, with proven ability to drive retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in lifecycle communications, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization within CRM systems.
- Experience working with AI-powered (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and understanding how brands surface in AI-driven search environments.
- Solid knowledge of SMM, ASO, and organic growth mechanics across web and app ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret data and evaluate channel performance using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Ability to assess ROI and cost-effectiveness of organic growth initiatives and prioritize based on business impact.
- Understanding of SERM principles and brand visibility management in search engines.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
