Skills Required
- Licensed Optometrist (OD) in applicable jurisdiction
- Clinical optometry experience providing comprehensive eye exams and eyecare
- Strong patient communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with store teams and clinic staff
- Leadership or supervising experience (lead clinician role)
