Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission‑critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

The Marketing Analytics Lead is a hands‑on analytics professional responsible for driving insights across our B2B marketing organization. This role helps the business understand how marketing contributes to revenue and identifies opportunities to accelerate growth across channels, audiences, and the full marketing funnel.

In this role, you will lead your own analytics workstream or mini‑project—such as building segmentation models, analyzing paid media performance, evaluating event impact, or supporting attribution systems. Your insights will directly support marketing channel owners and drive efficiency and ROI.

The Marketing Analytics Lead will collaborate closely with marketing teams to deliver recommendations, build dashboards, automate insights, and support data‑driven decision‑making. You will ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data warehouses, while also partnering with operations and engineering teams to improve data flows and data models. You will present findings to peers and immediate leadership, clearly explaining insights and the rationale behind recommendations.

This role may also mentor junior analysts on tools, techniques, and analytical best practices. We are looking for someone who is coachable, eager to grow, collaborative, and a strong team player who helps elevate the entire group.

Key Competencies

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving
  • Ability to independently lead a workstream or mini‑project end‑to‑end
  • Skilled at translating data into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Ability to influence peers and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • High attention to data accuracy, structure, and consistency
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to driving measurable business impact
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback, and enthusiastic about professional growth

Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies.  Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.

Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel (required)
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CJA, Atlas)
  • Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive new analytical methods or workflows
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills
  • Familiar with leveraging AI to automate code writing

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -
