The Senior Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of an organization. This role requires advanced expertise in the Salesforce platform, specifically in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) using Salesforce Experience Cloud and Integrating Salesforce with external systems. The architect will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce applications.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of Salesforce architecture tailored for PRM solutions, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Create comprehensive architecture diagrams and technical specifications to guide development and integration efforts.
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Salesforce PRM solutions using Out Of The Box Salesforce Capabilities as much as possible, ensuring best practices are followed throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate Salesforce capabilities and gather feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers and team members to foster growth and ensure adherence to platform standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for architecture decisions, system configurations, and integration processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the latest capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Salesforce architecture with a strong focus on Experience Cloud.
- Experience with different Salesforce Integration methods
- Salesforce certification (e.g. Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Javascript Developer 1) is highly preferred.
