S4 Test Program Manager - Key Responsibilities

Own and drive implementation of S4 test strategy and track the execution progress across SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression, Data Migration, Interfaces, Security & Performance testing including reporting to the program stakeholders.

  • Coordinate testing across multiple release trains at the program level 
  • Collaborate with SI partners, business SMEs, functional COE, technical COE, integration COE, security COE and Data COE teams. 
  • Ensure environment readiness, test data readiness and integration coverage across all workstreams. 
  • Participate in scrum of scrums and highlight testing related risks, issues and dependencies and track them to closure proactively.
  • Present program-level status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations to PMO and leadership forums. 
  • Drive continuous improvements and quality gate compliance with program standards.

ISC (Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement)

RTR (Finance & Controlling)

OTC (Sales, Billing, Customer Operations).

  • Ensure environment readiness, test data readiness and integration coverage across all workstreams. 
  • Participate in scrum of scrums and highlight testing related risks, issues and dependencies and track them to closure proactively.

  • Drive continuous improvements and quality gate compliance with program standards.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Key Experience required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Master's
  • 15+ years of strong experience in large program test management involving multiple senior stakeholders and suppliers. 
  • Exposure to SAP Testing including S4 HANA transformation programs.
  • Experience in driving continuous Test Automation preferably using TOSCA and TOSCA DI.
  • Experience in developing and implementing large transformation test strategies and with high focus on continuous test automation. 
  • Experience working in SAFe Agile methodology with high focus on continuous test automation (in sprint, SIT, Regression & UAT) including deeper knowledge of JIRA- Xray and TOSCA integration. 
  • Proven thought leadership in driving continuous improvements, cost optimization and productivity improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing multiple vendors testing delivery in a multi-country environment.
  • Diverse experience in multi-technology platforms testing to be able to provide functional test signoff and coordinate automation & and nonfunctional testing. 
  • Working knowledge of complex integration landscape comprising the front end, middleware, and backend.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking abilities
  • Experience in test estimation, resource planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and reporting test status.
