As a Lead Item Data Operations (IDO) Specialist, you will manage the following primary responsibilities to support the item and content needs of the Seller community, for Target’s Marketplace, Target Plus:
Responsibilities:
- Own, organize and prioritize end-to-end seller (vendor) case management (Salesforce) and issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics/trends impacting item operations.
- Investigative problem solving with high level partner engagement and complexity.
- Drive accountability with internal and external partners when item and content standards are not met or following standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the Target Plus Item validation team and cross-functional partners (category management, operations, onboarding, etc.) in a captainship capacity to drive project initiatives.
- Support Item Process and product evolution through various testing and validation activities.
- Manage aspects of the brand creation process to drive more efficient item listing.
- Represent Target Plus (3P) Item Operations and advocate Item policies and procedures in partnership with the core (1P/2P) Enterprise Item team.
About You:
- Work independently; from start to closure of all assignments.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal with ability to inform and influence at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Willingness to embrace ambiguity and remain flexible
- Ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency and initiative
- Experience working with international teams
- Preferred experience as Item Data Specialist (Core/1P, DVS, Target Plus) or similar experience with item data.
- Preferred experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
