Day-to-Day Activities
- Supervise the HR team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support on daily HR functions
- Drive the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives
- Partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness
- Ensure HR compliance across all company locations and maintain documentation in line with legal standards
- Analyze HR data, prepare reports to inform leadership decisions, and recommend improvements
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR policies, legal compliance, and organizational development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred
- Proven experience leading HR teams and initiatives at a strategic level
- Continuous learning and professional development in HR best practices, employment law, and leadership skills
