WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This leader is comfortable owning revenue‑driving channels, influencing across teams, and building systems that allow creator work to scale from tentpole moments into always‑on storytelling. They are decisive, analytical, and deeply collaborative—able to translate insight into action and clarity into momentum.
