As a Lead Global Integrated Planner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our global supply chain performs. What You'll Do
Lead reverse logistics strategy, including returns, refurbishment, and redistribution planning
Drive end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory, and NPI
Apply predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and inventory positioning
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Develop and maintain performance reporting and dashboards
Evaluate impacts of promotions, warranty, and market changes on demand
Implement demand and supply realignment processes
Partner with cross-functional teams including commercial, finance, and manufacturing
Influence strategic decisions to improve service levels and cost efficiency
Communicate insights and recommendations to collaborators
Support IBP processes and planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required:5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, or related supply chain functions
Strong expertise in forecasting, predictive analytics, and large-scale data management
Proven ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous environments
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with reverse logistics and global supply chain operations
Familiarity with SQL or relational databases
APICS, CPIM, Lean, or similar certifications
Experience influencing cross-functional collaborators and driving critical initiatives
Background in an innovation-focused or manufacturing environment
