A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Health Scout/Lead Generator, you will contact and re-engage customers who have inquired about private health insurance in the past, guiding them toward finding the right health insurance policy. Your main responsibility is to generate high-quality leads and transfer them to the Health Sales team for closing. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, handling objections, and collecting policy information to streamline the comparison process.

What You’ll Do:
  • Contact lapsed and prospective customers to generate leads for health insurance.
  • Understand customer motivation to compare policies and provide accurate policy and coverage information.
  • Connect customers with a Health Insurance Specialist for further support.
  • Maintain strong processes to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer objections early and effectively in calls.
  • Achieve key performance targets including:
    • 3 hours of talk time per day
    • 6+ successful transfers per day
    • Average 1.2 sales per day
