The Big Task
This position greets incoming retail customers for our business. Helps in a consistently professional, friendly, and urgent manner, conveying information accurately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Willing to work weekend shifts.
- Execute approved strategies and plans that will result in team and individual goal attainment.
- Effective coordination of multiple Comfort Consultants scheduling.
- Professionally answering customer questions in a polite, friendly manner.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist Lead Manager in completing accurate leads.
- Accurate documentation of customer information.
Requirements
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- At least two (2) years of Customer Service or related experience
- Ability to work through internal and external project issues in a timely manner
- Technically competent and proficient with tablet technology
- Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, E-mail & Phone calls
- Fast Paced Multi-Tasker
- Strong Attention to Details
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow through with tasks and complete them on time
- Works well under pressure
Skills Required
- At least two years of customer service or related experience
- Experience working independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to resolve internal and external project issues promptly
