Our client, a fast-growing company focused on providing financial solutions to SMBs, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive top-of-funnel efforts, build targeted prospect lists, and ensure a steady pipeline of pre-qualified leads. The ideal candidate has experience with market research, data scraping, and outbound prospecting, leveraging AI tools to maximize efficiency.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities

Top-of-Funnel Management – Own the lead generation process, ensuring a healthy pipeline of high-quality prospects.

Market Research & List Building – Identify and compile lists of SMBs that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Data Scraping – Utilize Clay or similar tools to extract data for targeted outreach.

Outbound Prospecting – Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential leads.

AI & Automation Utilization – Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize and personalize outreach efforts.

CRM Proficiency – Track and manage lead activity within Pipedrive CRM, ensuring up-to-date records.

Performance & Target Achievement – Consistently generate and convert leads into qualified prospects, working toward set KPIs.

Meeting & Exceeding Targets – Consistently hitting lead generation and pre-qualification goals.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or sales development.

Strong research and data scraping skills, with proficiency in Clay or similar tools.

Proficiency in AI tools for automation and personalization.

Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive is highly preferred).

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with a hunger to succeed.
