Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Associate to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching companies, identifying decision-makers, gathering relevant business information, and building qualified prospect lists for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms and databases
Gather company, contact, and market information from various sources
Build and maintain accurate lead databases
Verify and update prospect information regularly
Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria
Support the sales team with targeted lead lists and market insights
Maintain records using spreadsheets and CRM tools
Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent internet research and information-gathering skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, Data Research, or Business Development
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online research platforms
Understanding of B2B businesses and startup ecosystems
