About This RoleAs a Lead Generation Account Manager, you’ll manage 30–50 automotive clients, guiding them from onboarding to long-term growth. You’ll be the strategic link between clients and our internal teams — ensuring campaigns launch smoothly and deliver results.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll DoManage onboarding for 30–50 automotive clients (5-day process)
Conduct 15–20 minute intro calls to gather info
Lead client launch calls to set expectations and train on lead software
Host regular check-ins to review performance and address concerns
Respond promptly to client communications via Telegram (within 24 hrs)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and deadlines
Help keep client churn under 5% by delivering value and solving problems
Thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
1–2+ years in Account Management or Client Success
Sales or lead generation experience is a plus
Excellent communication and organization
Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads preferred
Passion for cars or automotive knowledge is a huge plus
Bonus: Experience with services like vinyl wrapping, ceramic coating, PPF, etc.

Hybrid schedule: 1 day remote (preferred), open to fully remote candidates
