We are looking to hire a CA with 2–5 years of relevant experience in India Mutual Fund operations, with specific exposure to expense processing, SEBI expense regulations, TER management and related operational controls. The role will support BAU activities across GFAR operations while also contributing to automation, process improvement, and new business/regulatory initiatives.
The position is intended to strengthen operational bandwidth, improve team resilience, and support the transition towards a more automation-enabled and scalable operating model.
What are the Key Job Responsibilities?Support day-to-day Mutual Fund expense management, including expense processing, validation, monitoring, and related controls.
Assist in TER management and monitoring in line with applicable SEBI regulations and internal policies.
Support review and analysis of scheme-level expenses, accruals, payments, recoveries, and expense classification.
Assist with regulatory and internal reporting requirements related to MF expenses and fund operations.
Work with senior team members on process documentation, maker-checker controls, reconciliations and exception management.
Contribute to automation initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Excel automation and other AI-enabled tools.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, standardize processes, and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in preparing MIS, dashboards, trackers, and management reporting for operational oversight.
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required.
2–5 years of relevant experience in India Mutual Fund operations.
Hands-on exposure to MF expense management, TER monitoring, SEBI expense regulations and fund operations.
Experience in asset management/ fund operations preferred.
Automation / Technology Skills:
Hands-on or working knowledge of tools such as:
Power BI
Alteryx
Advanced Excel / VBA / Power Query
AI-enabled productivity or workflow tools
Ability to build dashboards, automate recurring reports, and support data-driven process improvements.
Interest in using automation to improve controls, reduce manual processing, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Strong understanding of India Mutual Fund operations and regulatory environment.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret regulations and apply them to operational processes.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Process improvement orientation with willingness to drive automation.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage BAU activities while supporting projects and transformation initiatives.

Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
