Pragmatike is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI and trading startup building the first orchestration protocol that unifies all trading dimensions under a single AI-powered layer. The platform enables seamless trading across crypto and traditional financial markets using institutional-grade, AI-driven strategies.

The company is revolutionizing algorithmic trading through autonomous AI agents that operate 24/7, removing emotional bias and optimizing execution. During its beta phase, the platform has already managed $500,000+ in assets and is scaling rapidly to support thousands of agents across multiple trading venues.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React / Node / Next.js) to build and scale the product experience and core application layer as the platform evolves from early traction to institutional-grade scale.

• Design and build scalable, production-ready web applications using React and Next.js

• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js

• Architect end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and database layers

• Build real-time dashboards for trading performance, agent monitoring, and analytics

• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access systems

• Optimize frontend performance, UX, and state management

• Collaborate closely with AI, backend, and infrastructure engineers to integrate trading agents and execution systems

• Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and best engineering practices

• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term product scalability

• Help shape product direction in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineering

• Strong expertise in React and Next.js (SSR, routing, performance optimization)

• Solid backend development experience with Node.js

• Experience designing and consuming REST or WebSocket APIs

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Experience building real-time or data-heavy applications

• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (TypeScript, state management, testing frameworks)

• Strong product mindset and ability to work autonomously in a startup environment

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or Web3 applications

• Experience building data visualization dashboards (charts, real-time feeds)

• Familiarity with crypto exchanges or financial APIs

• Experience working in high-performance or data-intensive systems

• Startup experience in fast-scaling environments

• Build the product layer of an AI-first trading platform

• Direct impact on user experience for real-money trading systems

• Exposure to both crypto and traditional financial markets
