This role will be focused on developing and optimising web applications with React & NextJS. You will contribute to the creation of digital experiences that enable our world-class clients to succeed.
As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you’ll build robust, performant, and accessible web applications, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement strategic, technically sound solutions. You’ll work across the stack, advocate best practices in quality and security, mentor junior developers, and help evolve our engineering standards.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong foundation in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Headless CMS, Node.js, Git, Vercel, Storybook, Tailwind
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Proficiency in React/TypeScript with state management and component-driven architecture
- Expertise in Tailwind or Sass for structured, reusable styling
- Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative workflows
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, including sprint planning and ceremonies
- Cross-browser testing skills across Mac/PC and modern browsers
- Experience with CMS platforms and Vercel deployment
- Knowledge of accessibility (W3C standards), SEO, and performance optimisation
- Ability to turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect frontend code
- Node.js for backend development and API integrations
- Unit testing with Jest and React Testing Library
- Experience creating and managing UI libraries with Storybook
