Role Overview: Are you a visionary front-end developer and designer ready to lead and innovate? We are looking for a dynamic individual who can anticipate user needs and elevate our offerings to new heights. In this dual role, you will make impactful design decisions and bring them to life. You’ll balance form and function, ensuring robustness and speed. As an expert in React and front-end development, you’ll work on our Portal platform management application and custom AI skills and solutions. Your mission: maintain and enhance the Portal, design and develop major new features, and serve as the front-end expert for our custom AI skills and solutions. If you’re passionate about creating seamless user experiences and driving technological advancements, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop front-end components for our device management platform and custom solutions.
  • Lead the technical front-end efforts and collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent look and feel across all offerings.
  • Triage and fix bugs related to front-end code.
  • Mentor other developers and actively participate in code reviews.
  • Own and drive projects and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation for internal and external consumers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test plan, focusing on automation and CI/CD.
  • Understand customer and user needs to help find solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in software engineering and front-end development.
  • Significant experience in React and web frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of design principles and their impact on a finished product.
  • Proven ability to improve an existing codebase while maintaining functionality and adding new features.
  • Enthusiasm for the entire product lifecycle, from design and implementation to quality assurance and maintenance.
