At Accruity, we’re building something meaningful — for our clients and for each other. We’re a people-focused accounting services firm that helps business owners get back to what they do best by handling the financial heavy-lifting with clarity, consistency, and care. We support nearly 100 clients across the country with scalable, high-quality accounting solutions — and we’re just getting started.
We’re growing intentionally, investing in the right systems, structure, and culture to support great work and sustainable careers. Inside our team, we lead with trust, autonomy, and accountability — no micromanaging, no performative fluff. Just thoughtful self-starters doing real work, done well.
We believe the right fit matters most. We look for people who take ownership, invest in relationships, and aim to raise the standard every day. Our ideal teammate is reliable, curious, collaborative, and committed to growing — someone who welcomes feedback, takes initiative, and values being part of something bigger than themselves. If you’re always learning and believe how you show up matters, we think you’ll thrive here.
Is this YOU…
A highly analytical finance professional who loves transforming data into actionable insights?

- Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, scenario models, and trend analyses across assigned clients.
- Prepare, refine, and present investor decks, board-level materials, and executive financial summaries.
- Maintain and continuously improve reporting processes, templates, and systems—including automation, workflow optimization, and integration of new technology.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reporting deliverables through strong documentation, data validation, and quality control.
- Support internal initiatives related to service line performance, profitability analysis, and operational KPI tracking.

- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a drive to improve processes and workflows.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deeply committed to producing high-quality reporting and analysis.
Why Join Us?
